This Luxury family villa that faces south and overlooks beautiful deep water canals and is within the South Gulf Cove Nature reserve. Not overlooked on any side so peace and tranquility is the norm. But everything you could want is just a short drive away in Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice, Sarasota or Fort Myers, where you will find many restaurants, varied shopping, theaters, cinemas and art galleries. Our 8 gorgeous beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood on the gulf of mexico are very close by, nearest just 15 minutes away.
It comes with 4 or 5 Bedrooms, which include Two Master en-suites with US size Queen Double Beds, Two Twin bedded rooms and Two spacious Family rooms, one of which coverts to a US Queen size Double, so with Cot or Crib can sleep up to 11 people.
The 3 Bathrooms: Are Two en-suite plus and a large family bath/shower room.

All you could need! The Kitchen and Laundry room, has all the equipment you would expect in this top end executive villa.

There is a private 30ft x 13ft electrically heated Pool, plus an 8 Seater separately heated Spa/Jacuzzi. A Covered Lanai 30ft x 10ft, plus a spacious 30ft Sun deck with dining facilities for 6 and loungers for 4 to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine. It is Fully Caged and not overlooked on any side. The whole rear faces south, so gets the sun all day!
There is a 50ft x 6ft Private Dock. This is on Deep water with easy access to the gulf of mexico via our local South Gulf Cove Nature Reserve.
Boating enthusiasts or “First Timers'. We can arrange, via a local boat hire company, who have a fleet of 10 boats, the hire before you arrive at very good discounted rates. There is easy access to South Gulf Cove Nature Reserve, Charlotte Harbor, Myakka River and the gulf of mexico through a self-operated lock. Fishing can be enjoyed from our Boat Dock, as well as from local fishing charters. A short distance away, can be found kayaking, tennis, as well as 8 great golf courses to suit all levels within a 30 minutes drive.

Hi Barry I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at your villa. The weather was great (Very Hot) and we made full use of the pool and spa. My son was over the moon that there was a Shamu in the pool (As in your pictures). Out of the three villas we stayed at during this tour, yours was the cleanest, and the best, we loved it. Villa BBQ/Gas Grill: This can be hired for $60.00 per week, plus tax. This includes it's cleaning at the end of your stay and one full bottle of Gas. Pool & Spa Heaters: Normally the Pool is kept around 84f/27c and the Spa/Jacuzzi around 90f/30c. If you want the pool up to 88-90f/30c and the Spa to 104f/36c, we charge $200.00 per week, plus tax. Cots & Cribs $60.00 plus tax per week.(includes linen) Highchairs $45.00 plus tax per week.

Other Attractions Car Hire via Dollar Car Rental at discounted rates. 8 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches within 20 minutes, with some of the best shelling on the whole Gulf Coast. 7 great local Golf Courses within 30 minutes, including a 24 hour floodlit course just 6 miles away, all welcome children over 8. From our Dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 5 minutes sailing time away, via which, Port Charlotte sound is 20 minutes, then out to the Gulf of Mexico. Great fresh and Salt water fishing, to be had in all areas, and local equipment hire is easy! Port Charlotte for all department stores is only 15 miles away. Publix supermarket and two Gas stations 4 miles from villa. In our villa manual are listed over 20 restaurants, but why not cook your 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ?
