Please let me compliment you on several items that my family and I feel are worth highlighting from our stay.
1. You have a beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice!
2. It has an excellent floor plan. Very large and well laid out!
3. The home is well maintained and very clean.
4. You have stocked the home with thoughtful items throughout.
5. The appliances all worked well, with the exception of the coffee pot that gave up on us and was replaced, by Brenda the next day. All the cookware was in very good condition.
6. The washer and dryer were outstanding. The dryer actually dries (first time we’ve had this in a rental) we didn’t have to run two or three cycles and waste electricity trying to dry clothing.

Hi Barry We enjoyed our time in your villa very much. You do have a very good man taking care of your pool, it was lovely and clean. Hope Spring is arriving in the UK. Our weather in Boston continues to be cold so we are now missing Florida’s sun shine. Dear Barry. We were delighted with your Pelican Dock villa, which we felt to be very good value for money. It is very well geared for anyone interested in boating and enjoying the local waterways and wildlife! The 4 bathrooms were well appointed and adequate for our numbers. The description of the premises was accurate I would be happy to recommend it to friends. With the beaches only 12-15 miles away, we never had any problems keeping the kids happy. We found the pool alarm system to be a must for children’s safety and our ‘peace of mind’. We were very delighted with our 4 weeks in your lovely vacation home. Hope to come again next year?
