If you do not want to be stuck on that two lane road getting to and from your place for groceries, fresh fish or sight seeing then this is the place to be. It is a no hassles destination. Granted it is not on the beach, yet those 70 steps are worth what you get with having a pool and hot tub waiting for you . I would much rather stay where I am not going up an elevator 15 stories to get around. This is a wonderful place for families with children or folks that do not need the crazy night life. Plenty of beach towels so don't even bring your own ! Thanks Reenie !

I had a wonderful time down in perdido key, the condo is a great set up, perfect location and 30 sec walk to the beach, cant beat that. over all wonderful time and excellent condo.

Grand Caribbean at Perdido Key Unit 210 East
This was a fabulous condo with everything you could possible want or need on a beach vacation. All dishes and cooking utensils are provided for you. There are even floats, sand castle toys, and a cart to haul it all to the beach. The condo owners have even provided enough towels and beach towels for everyone. There was no need to bring any of our own.
The unit offers a wonderful king size bed with enough pillows to sleep four! There is a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds too. The entire condo is decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents. One of the owners has even displayed his own wonderfully humorous artwork. My favorite is the tropical fish hanging over the master bed. :)
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kiddos enjoyed all the bright colors and accents....especially the baskets with the different fish in them. My only recommendation would be to buy some outlet covers. My 17 month old twins would not leave the outlets alone. :)
I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away.

My family and I had the best time. This condo was absolutely awesome. Everything you could possibly need was there already for you. The pool was great and so was the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wanted a fun time in Florida. We brought home some great memories, met some very nice people, and captured lots of "Kodak" moments. We will definitely be returning.

Wow!! Our condo was awesome! The decor and cleanliness was top notch. We enjoyed every moment. The short walk to the beach was minimal. The Perdido Key area was so much more casual and less commercialized. I loved the National Park was just next door. If I could, I'd move there! Thank you for such a great value and experience. We will do it again!!!

Caribean East 210 E was a wonderful vacation rental. It had great beach access and exquisite accomodations with all the comforts of home. It is perfect for a family who wants to sit back and relax at the beach or by the pool. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back again sometime.

My family and I stayed in this precious condo from June23-30
we absolutley loved it. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you need and more. My children had a blast the beaches were beautiful. This was one of our best vacations yet. It was close to all the good restaurants and souviner shops. We all were sad when it was time to leave. We had a wonderful time at your condo. I loved the decorating. Mike & I really enjoyed drinking coffee on your balcony in the mornings then walking on the beach. We ate a couple times at the Reef restaurant across the street where they had live music in the evening which we really liked. I would highly recommend your condo to anyone – next time we go to Perdido Key we would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this condo! I was caught in a bind and needed a place to stay within 24 hours. The owners were very accomodating and staying in this condo was a pleasure.
