If you do not want to be stuck on that two lane road getting to and from your place for groceries, fresh fish or sight seeing then this is the place to be. It is a no hassles destination. Granted it is not on the beach, yet those 70 steps are worth what you get with having a pool and hot tub waiting for you . I would much rather stay where I am not going up an elevator 15 stories to get around. This is a wonderful place for families with children or folks that do not need the crazy night life. I had a wonderful time down in perdido key, the condo is a great set up, perfect location and 30 sec walk to the beach, cant beat that. over all wonderful time and excellent condo. Everything you could possibly need was there already for you. The pool was great and so was the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wanted a fun time in Florida. I highly recommend this condo! I was caught in a bind and needed a place to stay within 24 hours. The owners were very accomodating and staying in this condo was a pleasure. It is charming and has a beautiful view. It feels like home and you won't be dissappointed! Very comfortable and has all of the neccessities!
