2 heated pools, hottub, shuffleboard, 10 acres of property, dedicated beach access. Lost Key golf Club-Arnold Palmer, 5 minutes away-world-famous Flora-Bama, and National Museum of Naval Aviation.

This is a damage and phone deposit, and is not part of your rent. Deposit will be returned by mail, normally within 30 days of your departure, if unit is left in good condition and the phone bills are cleared. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. All keys must be returned to us at check-out. There will be a charge of $15 for each lost key. A lock out fee of $20 will be charged to your damage deposit.
