This Gulf-Front 1 bedroom condo is located on 300ft of sugar-white sand in Perdido Key, Fl. It has 820 sq ft of floor space situated on the 8th floor. It has outstanding panoramic views, from the floor to ceiling, balcony, gulf-front doors and the floor to ceiling, glass, gulf-side windows. Along with the direct gulf front view, one can also see Perdido Bay and the Inter-Coastal Waterway in the distance. Enjoy watching the dolphins swim and the breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony. The bedroom has a king size bed and full bath and there is a half bath in the hallway. The Living room is very spacious with a queen size sleeper sofa, over sized chair and single chair. Balcony has a table with 4 high back stools as well as regular out door chairs. Folding beach chairs provided or outside beach service rental available
The facility has been completely remodeled and has, three elevators, a large lobby and conference room with kitchen. Perdido Sun has 300 feet of beach with beach service.There is a new (2007) fitness center with showers, large outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are on a patio, on the east side of the facility. There is a new shopping center is located directly across the street. We are walking distance to Johnson beach State Park, and close to an air museum, historic light house and forts.
No smoking unit.
No pets allowed in facility.
Singles must be at least 23 years of age.
