Our four bedroom, four bath Pensacola Beach vacation condo on the third floor at La Caribe is the perfect place to get away to the beach. Ideally located just across Fort Pickens Road from the beautiful white sand beach, you can, not only walk there, but also to the Boardwalk and Pier with ease. You will be just a short stroll to great shopping, dining and nightlife, including the local favorite, the Sandshaker Lounge. This accommodation offers partial views of the Gulf and when the Blue Angels are flying, you will have virtually a front row seat. The charming size of the complex with only three vacation rentals, is very appealing, especially for families and groups traveling together.

An advanced reservation payment will be required to confirm your reservation. The amount of deposit required is 15% of the base rate plus the service fee and Travel Insurance Premium. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in the forfeiture of all rental payments and fees as well as cancellation of your reservation Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation. Once your reservation deposit has been received, there will be no refunds given, unless you have purchased CSA Travel Protection. In the event you have to cancel your reservation please notify us immediately. If you have purchased CSA Travel Insurance contact them at 800-554-9839 to begin your claim. Travel Interruption Insurance Travel protection is available through CSA Travel Insurance. The insurance premium is 6.5% of your total reservation amount and is automatically added to your balance when you book your vacation. The plan is optional and can be declined by signing a waiver form that is included with your reservation confirmation.
