NEWS: I HAVE SO ENJOYED MEETING EVERYONE AND APPRECIATE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE LOVED AZALEA COURT INN. THERE HAVE BEEN MAJOR CHANGES IN MY LIFE THIS YEAR & I HAVE MOVED TO SOUTH CAROLINA TO WORK FOR ABBEVILLE COUNTY. MY BUSINESS IS FOR SALE & UNTIL THEN AZALEA COURT INN REMAINS IN OPERATION.
Growing up in south Georgia, our family spent summers at St. Simons Island in a beach house my grandfather built in the 1930's. Azalea Court is a restored 1940 Florida motor court based on those treasured childhood memories. Choose a cabin....the Bungalow, Boat House, Bunk House, Baker's Roost, or the Seashell Cottage....and stay in the heart of historic St. Andrews, the original waterfront settlement in Panama City....not to be confused with Panama City Beach. Historic St. Andrews is in Panama City, and Azalea Court Inn is 2.5 miles east of the Hathaway Bridge. Several charter, tour, dive boats, sailing school, canoe and kayak rental and lessons, pontoon rentals, and more are located just one block away at St. Andrews Marina. Take a waterfront tour aboard the St. Andrew Bay Ferry. Some of the most fabulous restaurants in Bay County are within a block or two as well: Capt's Table, Granite Cafe, Hunt's Oyster Bar, Shrimpboat Restaurant, and Uncle Ernie's Bayfront Grill. A local art gallery, shops, neighborhood coffeehouse, historic Publishing building museum, beautiful Oaks by the Bay Park on St. Andrews Bay for picnicing and snorkeling, shore birds, historic walking & driving trails, and historic church are steps away from your door. Park the car for the weekend. This is the only vacation spot available in the heart of Historic St. Andrews.

We found it to be a delightful cottage that was very cozy and very clean. The nautical decor and white floors & walls made it very cheery & inviting. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. There were little "extras" that showed that this owner cares about her guests - from the coffee in the kitchen to the radio in the shower!
