Beach Bargain is an attractively furnished studio that is ideal for a single, a couple or couple with 1 or 2 small children. It is on the second floor, with a screen porch overlooking the pool. It is located in a small complex of 18 units in Inlet Beach. It is just west of Panama City Beach, at the end of a quiet dead end street, a wonderful location for adults or families with children. Walk down 175 steps to a secluded, uncrowded beach with its famous emerald green water. Enjoy quiet South Walton County without the high rises and the entertaining activities of Panama City Beach, a short drive away. Travel west on Hwy 98 to visit Destin/Sandestin and world's largest designer outlet mall. A WIFI hotspot is at Shades Restaurant within walking distance.
The Village of Rosemary Beach, adjacent to our community, offers shopping, concerts and a charming village green. The town of Seaside, 8 minutes west, offers an array of enjoyable activities as well. First class golf courses abound in the area. Camp Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, is a 5 minute drive. A new Greg Norman Course is 5 minutes east. An 18 mile bike path winds along scenic 30a with views of the gulf, quaint beach towns, dunes, and coastal dune lakes.
Sleeping accommodations are a comfortable queen murphy bed and two hall bunks, ideal for a couple with one or two small children. All the amenities are furnished including TV. VCR, stereo linens. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences.

$200 security deposit is refundable with no damage and due upon reserving. Full amount due 30 days prior to occupancy; $60 cleaning, 11.5% tax should be added to rate. We prefer checks but can take credit cards via PayPal with 2.9% surcharge.

Deposits:
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
