Cynthia was the best. We enjoyed our stay from April 12-18 2009. The townhouse was very clean and had everthing we needed (plus more). The location was perfect - very close to everything you may need. I brought my bike and enjoyed riding in St. Andrews State Park. I also enjoyed my daily walk down to the pier and to the jettys in the park - we timed our walk one evening to reach the jettys just in time for a breath taking sunset. We can't wait until our next vacation. Thank you for a wonderful trip, Cynthia.

My husband and I enjoy spending Christmas in Florida. The accomodations are excellent, as well as the location. We enjoy the close walk to the beach and the park. Mornings are a great time to spend at the diner across the street and if you like pizza - Frankie D's is just down the street.

Great location, very clean house- much more space than expected! Very safe location- no problems- did not have to keep house locked. Will return in July 08!!!!!!!

Excellent location on east end of beach with an easy walk to beach (right around the corner) and state park (right down the road or via beach). Great accommodations and pet friendly to boot, look forward to returning again later in the summer.

My family and I just got back from staying a week in this rental, it was great! The ocean was very close ,we walked there 3 to 4 times a day, we did not have any problems with any other spring breakers and as mother of 3 young ones that was a concern. The house is wonderful! Plenty of room ..very clean...the location is so close to so many things we could walk to stores and the gas station. I highly recommend this townhouse!! Thank you Cynthia for the great place to stay!!
