This comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beachfront condo is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Fully equipped to ensure your vacation is enjoyable, the condo includes all the comforts of home. The living area, master bedroom, and bathroom are on the main floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom featuring twin beds. The huge beachfront balcony provides unlimited beach views. Sunsets are spectacular!
This condo is a loft unit. It is on the top floor of a three floor walk-up building. There is no elevator.
There are 6 buildings in the Nautical Watch complex. Two are beachfront, and our condo is in one of these. The other four buildings are grouped around the pool.
*Summer rentals are by the week, Saturday to Saturday.
Please note this is a self-service condo. It is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave, but there is no daily maid service.

Being on the third floor, we didn't have any balconies over us obstructing the sun or the view (the lower units would be shaded for a bit). The washer/dryer was a huge plus. The loft with twin beds would be excellent for children but our young adult daughter enjoyed it as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone-small family, couples, or a group of six friends/family....this condo offers everything needed and many "wants" to enjoy your time at the beach. The owners are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. All emails were promptly answered. They even called us to let us know the condo was ready prior to original check-in time while we were traveling to Panama City Beach. All in all, what a pleasurable experience! We had a wonderful time, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the accomidations were great. Only problem was we let our friends stay in the main bedroom. My wife and myself slept in the single beds in the loft. The spiral stairs were a little tight getting up and down.Despite this small inconvience we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
