The culmination of almost a decade of dreaming, planning, and collecting, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium offers everything a family needs to enjoy the perfect vacation - a breathtaking view, casual yet elegant West Indies-style furnishings, 650 feet of sugar-white beach, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
One could easily be tempted to spend their entire vacation here on the private balcony that overlooks the Gulf! From our 17th floor vantage point, you can enjoy miles and miles of deep blue and emerald waters. No matter what the time of year or day. The greatest treat of all awaits you at sunset - never quite the same scene from day to day - the symphony of colors provides a true feast for the eyes.
The task of decorating our second home has truly been a labor of love. We have chosen a collection of colors inspired by the beach at sunset - blue, green, yellow-gold, coral, and, of course, crisp white. The West Indies-style decor complete with wicker furnishings and accented by sisal rugs has been carefully selected to evoke a relaxed island feel. For its beauty as well as its practicality, we have selected ceramic tile flooring for the living/dining area, kitchen, bathrooms, and halls. For its comfort (especially for bare feet stepping in and out of bed), we have chosen off-white carpet accented with flecks of nutmeg to cover the floors of the bedrooms.
The 650 feet of private beach speaks for itself! Adults and children can play in the sand or the surf to their hearts' content or simply relax while soaking up the rays of the sun.
Located on Front Beach Road, Majestic Beach Towers is located conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and fast food, golf, fishing, scuba diving, and amusement/water parks. However, we wouldn't be surprised if you decided to just park your car in your reserved, secure, covered parking spot and never leave the facility! Majestic Beach Towers offers the following all year round: indoor heated pool, fitness center with steam rooms and saunas, two hot tubs, tennis court, movie theatre, Starbucks Coffee shop, and beachside grill.

It was perfect for our family. With the two bedrooms and two full baths. Also, this complex has 4 outdoor pools and two indoor. The kids love to swim so this was a huge plus to have all different options. One more thing that we have never had at a condo before is there is a little market on the main floor and a poolside restaurant. You really do not have to leave this resort. Okay, okay, so I could go on and on, but I think I only have room for one more thing. This unit comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that are set up for you everyday. I loved the open view from the open, well stocked kitchen. It made preparing meals a pleasure when you could look out onto the beautiful ocean. The living room furniture was very comfortable and we found it was just like being at home but with the advantages of seeing the beautiful sunsets from our balcony every night. In the mornings you could see the dolphins swimming up the coastline. The clean, beautiful beach is well maintained and the Majestic Resort keeps the property spotless. The owners were very easy to do business with and more than willing to help you plan your vacation. The indoor pool was large, warm and very easy to walk into (great for seniors). We didn't use the outdoor pools because it was winter but they were gorgeous. We joined the gym for $35.00 per month with our "Visitors Discount Card" obtained from the Panama Beach City Visitors Centre (available only in the winter months). There are many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas within the community. The owner provides a binder with area attractions and restaurants. There are TV's in both bedrooms besides the living room. Wonderful stereo system. Also, can't forget the convenience of having your own washer and dryer in the unit.
