Excellent value for the money. Three generations -- took my son and grandchildren. The beach is across the street but it was easy to access. Pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs. Grandkids enjoyed countless games of mini golf -- which was fun and cheap. No frills; functional. Pier Park was close by and a Winn Dixie kept us out of Walmart.
