EXCELLENT vacation rental!!! Hoping to go many.many.times in the future. The owner is wonderful and we had every thing we needed. Great time!

This is returned upon check out and no damage to the unit. Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by money order or cashier check, no personal checks. No refund if caNcelled less than THIRTY DAYS from arrival unless the unit can be rented. No refund for early check out. Refund if hurricane evacuation is order but no refund on the cleaning. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT AND THE COMPLEX DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. |

PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations and Refunds: Full refund of the deposit & rental fee for cancellations 45 days prior to arrival, cancellations of less than 45 days prior no refund. It will be returned if I am able to reserve another guest in the unit for the time of your cancellation minus administration fee. No refund of rent for early checkouts for any reason. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation. Cleaning fee will not be refunded.
