$75 is a reservation fee charged on all reservations.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

If making your reservation within 30 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds:

ANY cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $75 reservation fee and the $300 initial prepayment.

Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance.

Came down to visit the lovely panhandle for a family vacation. This place was great! Right on the beach, close to lots of restaurants, and great local events and activities. Thanks to the owner for keeping us well informed as to what to do with ourselves during the week. We'll be back next year!
