We welcome you to enjoy our newly furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that sleeps 5. This first floor waterfront condo has a balcony that offers a spectacular view of Grand Lagoon and directly overlooks the pool.



A fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, Sony 46" TV, DVD,VCR,and CD player are only some of the amenities offered.



The condominium complex is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach. You are less than a five minute drive from St. Andrews State Park – famous for its long sugar white beaches. It is also in the vicinity of great restaurants like Captain Andersons, The Saltwater Grill, The Boatyard, and The Treasure Ship. You will find shopping, entertainment, and fishing within minutes of our resort area.



This trendy complex is family oriented and offers a pool with clubhouse and restrooms, large courtyard, pet walking area, long dock and picnic table. The view of the lagoon at sunset is simply breathtaking. Come take advantage of this great opportunity for rest and relaxation.

One month rental or more will pay monthly electric bill. Pet fee additional to be determined. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: $300.00 deposit within 14 days of booking for all rentals of one week or less. Full months rent on a monthly rental. $600 deposit on spring break, and monthly rentals. Deposit converts to a damage deposit and is refunded within two weeks of departure after property is checked for damage. Cleaning Fee: $50.00 Cancellations and Refunds: We will email you a rental policy letter for your review. Credit Card Payment via Paypal Other Fees: Monthly rentals will pay electric bill, and a cleaning fee of $75. Pets must be approved by owner and will require separate pet fee to be determined upon booking.
