queen size bed with flat screen TVs in each room. Queen size
sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. Grill on
patio for your convenience. Located in 18 unit complex with
private heated pool. Parking is right at the front door. Everything
is furnished-all you need is your beach towels, suntan lotion and
gulf clubs.
You can enjoy this beautifully decorated townhouse with your
family and start making memories to last a life time. The Gulf of
Mexico has the perfect sugar white sands and turquoise waters
that you can enjoy while soaking up the sun.
Townhouse is available starting May 3, 2014 with weekly rentals

This is home away from home! It's a little sanctuary. Dealing with the owner and getting everything set-up was a breeze. It's in a great section of Panama City Beach because it's away from the craziness and party people, yet close enough to a few local restaurants and bars. It's only a few steps to the beach (all i needed was my beach-bag). The kitchen was well-equipped for light-cooking. Being an avid traveller, cleanliness is a requirement for me. It's obvious the condo is well-taken care of. No bed bugs! Cozy living room, and spacious bedrooms. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a more relaxing trip to Panama City Beach.

I have visited this condo while friends were staying and it is great. Very clean, beautifully decorated, linens were nice and the pool is so nice and quiet, but you can walk to the beach too. You can see the beach through the high rises, but you can hear the waves as you sit on the patio or the balcony upstairs. It is a great place to go for a nice quiet and clean place.
