We absolutely loved it here!!! The view of the beach was worth everything!! Getting up every morning and sitting on the balcony and just watching the waves was wonderful!! We will definitely be returning in the future!!! Pam was so sweet and helpful with everything!!!

We loved our visit, Pam was very nice and easy to talk too and explained everything ... The condo had everything we needed,I mean everything lol, I bung stuff that i never even had to use.. It was very clean and with a beautiful view, and located right on the beach, close to everything within just a few minutes away or walking distance.. Our family is looking foward to coming back and staying at Pam's condo...

This condo was the perfect get-away! The pictures are accurate, although when you walk through the door, this place was breath-taking when you have just left 3-4 inches of snow behind! Wow! What a fantastic view, the decor is so relaxing and comforting, and you really only have to bring a bathing suit and towel, the kitchen was furnished, and many small "niceties" are just the "icing on the cake". I would definitely want to stay again. The parking was convenient and many shops close by within walking distance! Thank you so much O condos!

I have been to this property 3 times now. I love this property because of the location and the beach is not as crowded as most of the condos I've stayed in before. We have 2 children and they loved playing volleyball and meeting new friends. There were alot of teens and tweens in the summertime. The location is perfect for Wal-mart, restaurants and the state park is only a couple miles away which is a must see while on your visit. Whenever I go to Panama City Beach I will always stay here. The owners are absolutly wonderful to work with and I had no issues at all. Thank you Pam and Alphie!
BTW: the table and chairs on the deck are a major plus to this property since we spent most of our time out there....

My son and I had such a great time at your condo! Everything was perfect! It's nice to see pictures and know what to expect when you arrive! They were a perfect match with the view! The condo was extremely clean! You guys have done a wonderful job with everything!
It was wonderful for my son to sit out on the balcony, eat breakfast and watch the dolphins jumping just a little off the shore! It was an experience that he will never forget!
We are already planning for next year to visit again!

We loved this place! The location is great, within walking distance of great places to eat and even some fast food places. Even the location of the condo with a great view of the beach and the pool right down below the balcony. The condo was neat, adequate, and had everything we needed. Thanks Pam! Hope to rent from you again next year!

The condo listing is accurate and the pictures are the exact view from the balcony. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, but we were out a lot so we ate at restaurants. We were there during spring break week for high schools so there were a lot of teenagers, especially at the property across the street. There was also constant music from Pineapple Willy's next door, but fortunately we couldn't hear that from our balcony. Nice pools and security at the property, plenty of parking. Close to lots of shops and attractions.
One note for those needing reliable wireless internet (this is no reflection on the owners at all, but the property itself): I needed access both for my job as a professor online and for a class I am taking, and I was unable to keep a good connection. I checked with the home owner's office and they admitted there was a problem with some equipment and it was very expensive to repair, so they were sorry. This has put me behind in my work so if you rely on access for more than leisurely surfing, I would avoid Sunbird until they fix the problem.

Thank you very much for the property rental Pam. Yes, the pictures tell it all. The condo is very neat, cozy, and pleasing to the eye. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions that we had before checking in. All the info given was accurate to the 'T'. The location is a big deal for me and I can tell you that these condos are located smack down near everything. We had a 2 second drive to Walmart or we would walk and it took literally five minutes. All the cooking utensils etc were conveniently in the condo already. Pretty much everything we needed was present. Honestly, I was kind of nervous booking through a private owner because we were coming all the way from California. The owners were very kind with legitimate information which really put me at ease with this transaction. I could go on more, but time to lay out and enjoy the rest of my stay. Bottom line, I would rent again from these owners and I am having a great experience. Thanks again Pam : )
