If you buy trip insurance, that is due at the time of booking also. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. If making your reservation within 21 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $10 reservation fee and the $300 initial deposit. Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance.
