Advance rental payment (at the time of booking) is $375, $300 is applied toward your rental amount.

$75 is a reservation fee charged on all reservations.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making your reservation within 30 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Lodging Tax: 11.5%
Cancellations and Refunds:

ANY cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $75 reservation fee and the $300 initial prepayment.

Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance.
