This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa features a beautiful view of the swimming pool from the large master bedroom that includes a comfortable king-size bed and access to the patio.
The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, and the living room contains a sofa with a pull-out bed. The condo features a a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
Edgewater Beach Resort contains a 9-hole golf course, and is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and tons of activities for the whole family.
The rental agreement must be signed by someone 25 or older and at least one person 25 or over must stay in the condo during the entire visit. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in the condo or on the patio.

We absolutely loved this wonderful condo. So close to the beach (a 5-10 minute walk), yet it was a secure, quiet place away from the crowds. The owner was very responsive to our many questions, and she and her staff went out of their way to accommodate our desires. The condo was spacious and beautifully appointed. This is the second time we have stayed at this rental property. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I have early 20's and teenage daughters that go with me every year and this is by far the most liked by all of us. It is very quite, yet not far from all the happenings of Panama City Beach. Can't wait until next year.

Excellent place to stay and offers plenty of room. Nice to have all the amenities and yet be away from the large crowds at the hotel. The condo offers privacy with pools, golfing, tennis courts, basketball court, and schuffle board, with a very short walk to the beach. No hassel with check-in or check-out. Owner was teriffic to work with and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Panama City.

The condo was delightful! Very spacious, all amenities are there, just bring your swimsuit and you are set for a sunny, fun filled vacation. We were very pleasantly surprised with the great accomodations at a reasonable cost. I have stayed at Edgewater many times and this was the best arrangement we have had, as far as space, and cooperation of the rental agent. Very nice!
