Sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages, at family prices. Save hundreds by renting directly from the owner. The unit is located in the West Wing and is the closest unit to the pools/beach with the exception of the ground floor units located in the South wing (facing the Gulf.) There are limited views of the water from the patio and living room; however the unit is just around the corner from the pools and beach and the patio is within feet of the new shuffle board, barbecue area. There is no waiting for an elevator or having to climb stairs to get to your unit. Mirrored living room, approximately 1250 square feet, with king size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom, double bed in third bedroom and double size sleeper sofa in living room. Cable TV in master and living room areas.

Complex has 540' of beach, 2 Full-Size Swimming Pools one is heated in cooler months, Children's Pool, Lighted Tennis Courts, Sundeck, Game Room, Saunas & Exercise Facilities, Washers and Dryers in the unit, RV & Boat Parking across the street, 24-Hour Security. Great family oriented complex. Complex requires renters to be 25 years or older. All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided.
