There are limited views of the water from the patio and living room; however the unit is just around the corner from the pools and beach and the patio is within feet of the new shuffle board, barbecue area. There is no waiting for an elevator or having to climb stairs to get to your unit. Mirrored living room, approximately 1250 square feet, with king size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom, double bed in third bedroom and double size sleeper sofa in living room. Cable TV in master and living room areas.

Complex has 540' of beach, 2 Full-Size Swimming Pools one is heated in cooler months, Children's Pool, Lighted Tennis Courts, Sundeck, Game Room, Saunas & Exercise Facilities, Small Washer and Dryer in the unit, RV & Boat Parking across the street, 24-Hour Security. Great family oriented complex. Complex requires at least one of the renters who are single to be 25 years or older (responsible for the entire group.)
