Vacation Rental Home Description
Take a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida and enjoy our three bedroom vacation condo! This accommodation overlooks the beach and sparkling water. We have fully equipped our condo to provide you with the essentials for your stay with us. Wake up with the view of the water from the master bedroom. Our bedrooms are furnished with dark wood furniture with the exception of the twin bedroom; it features a whimsical wall mural of fun fish.
Enjoy playing along the beach searching for shells or building a spectacular sandcastle.
For a great nature based excursion, take a day trip to Shell Island. This pristine beach area is home to a large concentration of bottlenosed dolphins and of course shells, shells and more shells.
Panama City is a great escape for the entire family; you will find Shipwreck Island, Zoo World and Gulf World Marine Park, Go Carts, Parasailing and much, much more.
Pier Park is only a short drive away from our condo. If you are looking for dining overlooking the beach, you will find it at Margaritaville or the Back Porch Restaurant.
Make sure you take the time to get a great massage at Massage Envy!
The master bath has a whirlpool tub for a nice soak at the end of your day.

This may be paid by cash, traveler's checks, bank cashier’s check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express). If you are paying with a check we will need to receive the check within seven (7) days of initial reservation. The amount of deposit required is 15% of the base rate plus the service fee and Travel Insurance Premium. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in the forfeiture of all rental payments and fees as well as cancellation of your reservation | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | Cancellation. Once your reservation deposit has been received, there will be no refunds given, unless you have purchased CSA Travel Protection. In the event you have to cancel your reservation please notify us immediately. If you have purchased CSA Travel Insurance contact them at 800-554-9839 to begin your claim. Travel Interruption Insurance Travel protection is available through CSA Travel Insurance. The insurance premium is 6.5% of your total reservation amount and is automatically added to your balance when you book your vacation. The plan is optional and can be declined by signing a waiver form that is included with your reservation confirmation. This needs to be faxed to Southern Resorts at 800-737-0573 not later than 10 days after making your reservation.
