There is a large deck off the back over looking a small lagoon.The unit is located in the heart of of Villa Chateau's complex, close to both the beach and the pool yet away from any distractions. Private parking for two vechicles directly in front of unit.The townhouse is located close to a varity of excellent restaurants and great shopping opportunities. Pier Park is less than 3 miles away and is filled with wonderful stores great restaurants and excellent entertainment for all ages . We invite you come and injoy the Beach Life !!
