Our unit is located on the 2nd floor right above the central pools, so you can sunbathe on the huge balcony with your favorite cold drink and watch what goes on in or around the pool. Many parents prefer this location due to safety concerns and easy access to the pool for the kids.
This condominium has everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation: Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances; cookware and utensils you may need to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are new. The unit has three areas for guests to sleep separated by doors: large bedroom with king size bed, bunk bed area in the hall and large queen size sofa-bed in a living area. 2 bathrooms are conveniently located for your privacy. Both: living room and bedroom have TV with cable.
The complex has a lot to offer to the kids and grown-ups alike. It has 6 pools including 2 large pools, Hot Tub, 2 Kiddies pool. It features easy access to the beautiful white sand beach where you will find many activities for all ages including volleyball, kayaking, jetski, parasailing, banana boat rides, boating, waterskiing, snorkeling, windsurfing, and so on.

There are great amusement park and Miniature Golf in 3 min walking time from the property. Two tennis courts are available for the guests free of charge.
The INTERNET Cafe ( FREE INTERNET FOR SUMMIT GUESTS), Gameroom, Gym and Gift shop are located on the first floor.

Right by the large pools you will find Tikki Bar and Restaurant where you may always get your favorite burger or pizza. (There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the area (walking distance or short driving)
Our favorite is Captain Jack Buffet where you will fresh seafood buffet for lunch and dinner at a very reasonable price.

This place is famous for its night life. There are 2 famous nightclubs in walking distance to the property: Spinnakers and Club Lavella. During spring break time and summertime those clubs become the center of nightlife for the entire Panhandle region.

There are also a lot of attractions for the children of all ages in walking or short driving distance including theme parks, museums and large souvenirs shops. Please also check out nearby State Park where you can see live crocodiles.
