Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, separated for privacy. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, an ocean view picture window, and lots of closet space. The master bath is truly luxurious.
Designer kitchen is large and fully equipped.
This condo is beautifully furnished and includes a full size washer/dryer.
All linens and towels are provided as are complete sets of dinnerware and cookware. Just bring your suitcase!
If you have to work, don't worry - we have DSL ready for you.
On-site amenities include three pools, a spa, a well-equipped fitness training room, lighted tennis courts, a boat dock for fishing and kayaking, as well as lots to see and do nearby.
Miles of bike paths go north and south of the complex, to nearby parks and protected nature areas with ancient forts and rose gardens.
Excellent restaurants in the area. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only 20 minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and wonderful restaurants.
Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing.
Best of all - you can just go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves.
The golfing possibilities in the area are endless. There are many excellent courses nearby, and the World golf Hall of Fame is only 45 minutes north.
This condo is located in a nature preserve - not like any other condo community in the state. We are one mile south of Marineland, where you can swim with dolphins.
Location: Historic (and fun) St. Augustine is just 20 minutes away. Daytona Beach is only 30 minutes, Kennedy Space Center is only 90 minutes, and Disneyworld is 90 minutes. If you're flying in, Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA) is 40 minutes, Jacksonville's JAX is a little over an hour away.
