Best of all - you can just go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves.

The golfing possibilities in the area are endless. There are many excellent courses nearby, and the World Golf Hall of Fame is only 45 minutes north.

This condo is located in a nature preserve - not like any other condo community in the state. We are one mile south of Marineland, where you can swim with dolphins.

If you’re flying in, Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA) is 40 minutes, Jacksonville’s JAX is a little over an hour away.
