It is furnished with a King bed in the Master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom. The living room has a queen sofa bed and the sunroom has a queen sofa bed.

The kitchen is new and fully equiped with dishes, cookware, and linens. Also provided are beach and bath towels, beach chairs and a barbecue.
