Adorable two bedroom, one bath, one car garage beachside home just ten houses in from a beautiful, wide and sandy beach. This beautifully furnished home has every possible amenity needed for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. Need room for a large party? Planning a family reunion? There are three of these houses available on this same street, two of which are side-by-side. Book all three now for an unforgettable vacation or reunion!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a queen bed in the guest room. There is a 27" cable television in the living room with dvd/vcr and movie collection, CD/casette player. The sectional sofa has a pull out queen size sofa bed. There is also a 20" flat screen tv in the bedroom along with DVD Player.

The fully furnished kitchen with beautiful exotic backsplash has dinner service for eight, cappuccino/espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, stove, mixer, blender, spices and all pots and pans and other utensils. There is a seperate dining room, a laundry room with a large washer and dryer, and a one car garage.

There is a beautifully landscaped privacy fenced back yard with a paver patio, lounge chair, patio table with chairs and umbrella. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Toiletries provided include, shampoo, soaps, suntan lotion, laundry detergent, dish soap, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, games and puzzles.

Beach access a short ten houses away, is a beautiful, upscale public park with restroom facilitiies, showers, tables and grills along with a childrens play area. This park makes going to the beach a truly relaxing experience.
