The rate listed as "Other" really means that we charge one rate for all bookings throughout the year. The "Winter" rate refers to the 3-month winter season of January through March. A discount is given for these 3 months from the usual monthly rate of $1,500 to $1,200. Rentals of 3 or more consecutive months receive this discount.

We've stayed with children, it was a great place to stay, very close to the beach with a playground, shower and restrooms. Because it is a quiet area with friendly neighbours, our kids enjoyed even playing outside in front of the house. Orlando is close enough by to be visited frequently. And the landscape and the nearby state parks are wonderful. The house itself is cosy , very well kept and clean!
