We came home 2 weeks ago from a great holiday in Florida. Just wanted to say how perfect the villa was for us! There were 5 adults,3 children and my 5 month old daughter and there was plenty of room for all of us. There was everything we needed and the travelcot and highchair provided were a godsend! The villa is beautiful and the pool and the surrounding area was perfect. Will certainly recommend the villa and hopefully stop there again in the future. Stayed seven nights in June of 2008. The house and accomodations were excellent. The pictures on this site do not really do the home justice at all. Everything at the home was in new working condition and the home is well maintained (inside and out). The clean pool and hot-tub were a warm welcome after long hours at the parks and were used every day. Pleanty of funishings and really liked the two master bedrooms/baths. The gated community and having a garage just made things less worrysome for the longs hours we were away and at night. A hotel will never be an option again. What can i say that has not already been said, this was our first holiday to America the experience was well beyond all our expectations. The villa is all anyone could wish for to make their holiday great, loads of space for our party of 5 adults and 2 children and also it is superbly fitted out with everything you might need. The welcome pack was a bonus after all the hours travelling(thanks).
The pool and spa are great for chilling out after long days at the disney parks.
My son has already booked the villa for next year and is counting down the weeks till his return. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
Lastly I would like to thank Jason for all the help and advise he gave me booking flights, car hire and disney tickets.

I don't know where to begin....the house was wonderful, everything was so nice, the furnishings were excellent. I took lots of pictures of the house to show everyone...they could not believe how wonderful it was and the amazing price! The communication with Scott and Jason was exceptional, they were always available when I needed them or had a question - they go above and beyond! Anyone looking for a great vacation rental, would be crazy to pass this place up! Thanks for everything - we had a great time....I hated to leave the house and that wonderful pool!

The villa was absolutely superb and far exceeded our expectations. There were six adults in our group but we never felt like we were on top of one another due to the spacious layout of the property. All of the rooms were a good size, especially the en suites in the two double bedrooms. The pool area was a lovely place to catch the sun, relax and eat our meals.
The location was also ideal in that it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and tourist areas yet it in no way felt remote. All of the main attractions and Orlando airport are within a very short drive and are easy to find off the main Interstate 4. On top of that, every local amenity you could need ie supermarket, pharmacy etc were just a couple of minutes away.
All in all it was an excellent base from which to explore and enjoy the sights and sounds of Orlando and indeed the rest of Florida.
I would thoroughly recommend it.

This was our first visit to Orlando. We spent a week in a Disney hotel and then a week in your villa. The villa was even better than the photos on the website; spacious, clean, fab pool (kids didn't want to get out!), useful welcome pack. The location was really fantastic - 10 mins from Disney, easy to get onto the I4, a supermarket and petrol station down the road, but also quiet and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Could easily have stayed at the villa for the two weeks. Am recommending the villa to anyone going to Orlando! Thanks for all your help. David, Lucinda, DJ and Sasha

Hi guys - we have returned home after a week stay in your villa. We had a great
time spending Easter in Orlando. Your home is located in a beautiful community
that is perfectly located. They were doing alot of updates to the area while we
were there (i.e. planting palm trees, constantly cleaning and working around the
area.) We noticed someone always doing something in keeping the roadways
cleaned, mowed, swept. Very clean! We arrived on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. and
the cleaning people were there. I had called the management group on the way
into Orlando, but no one answered. We left to eat and shop for groceries and
arrived back around 4:10 p.m. We never talked to anyone the rest of the week,
so I guess all is well. We visited Magic Kingdom on Sunday, Seaworld on Monday,
so we may have missed someone if they came on either of those days. We washed
all linens and left trash in the garage trash can.We really enjoyed staying in your villa and hope to return sometime.
