Situated at Oak Island Cove on the Formosa Gardens Estate, Closest Community to Disney. Shops and Restaurants are 1 Mile Away. Playstation 2 and 7 TVs (70+ channels), high speed internet, and fax access. This large and yet intimate villa, is tastefully decorated. Living Space 2707 sq ft.
Downstairs is the living room which features comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a computer station with free internet access. Next to this is the formal dining area. Towards the back of the house we have a family room with pool view, comfortable seating, and cable TV.
To the right is the master bedroom with an enormous king size bed. This bedroom has a writing desk, a regular chair, an arm chair, a cable TV and a very large en suite bathroom with shower stall and bath tub. This fully tiled bathroom has direct access to the pool deck. On this floor are also a twin bedded room with TV and Sony Playstation 2 with games, and a queen bedded room with fax machine. These share another full bathroom.
Upstairs we have a queen master with TV. There is another queen master with TV at the other end of the second floor. The third twin room is also here and has access to one of the bathrooms. The villa has full air-conditioning/central heating throughout; ceiling fans in the living room and each of the bedrooms; TV, radio alarm clocks, writing desk and chairs in each room; Hair dryers in each bathroom.
The house has a utility room with full size washer and dryer next to the 2-car garage. The 2-car garage has been converted to a game room with air-hockey and pool table.
To the left of the entrance is the large dream kitchen with all the appliances you will need for a lovely holiday. Near the kitchen is a breakfast dinette for 5, and a nook with table and 3 bar stools plus access to the pool deck. The dinette is overlooking the 30 foot heatable pool and spa.
Outside is an upgraded, 30 x 15 foot, screen enclosed heatable pool next to a raised heatable spa. The pool is equipped with with fan sprays and can be remote controlled. Both the pool and the spa (with remote). The pool deck has been extended to allow room for sunbathing. You can find pool furniture for your relaxation and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. The pool has a safety fence to prevent young children going into the pool. Security alarms are fitted on all doors.

A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50/week. You will enjoy the benefit of a private wall at the back. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please.

Owner Comments:
Check in Nov 7, 2009 and check out Nov 21, 2009. Any 7 nights $1200 plus tax per week.
Prices exclude 13% Florida taxes. Minimum stay 3 nights. $110 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.
Pool heating is an additional optional extra $175 plus tax per week. Spa heating is an additional optional extra $90 plus tax per week.
A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50 per week.
A booking and damage deposit of $300 for the first week and $100 for each additional week secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to the renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.

It gets busy, so be sure to arrive early if you don't want to wait but your meal will be well worth the wait. TGI Friday's - knows TGI Friday's and knows what excellent burgers they serve. Plus they serve plenty of other delicious appetizers and main courses. Red Lobster - An excellent restaurant chain who server an really extensive range of fish and of course Lobster. The cheese scones they serve with every meal are very mor'ish, you'll be sure to go back again another day to try a different meal, I always do! Carrabba's - superb Italian food with a menu so good you cannot help but change your mind, several times. Also not to be missed is their happy hour, I won't tell you when, I will leave you to find that out for yourself! Giordanni's - another very good Italian Pizza restaurant. If you can imagine your favorite Pizza, I feel sure Giordanni's will have it on their menu. Taste of China - a very good Chinese restaurant that offers a very extensive but reasonably priced menu to eat in or takeaway and they will even deliver to Oak Island Cove. Taco Bell - if you like your food to be spicy then this Mexican food restaurant chain is for you. Dairy Queen - If you are simply looking for an ice cream to cool yourselves on a hot Florida day, then Dairy Queen is sure to have just the flavor you are looking for.
