Living Room: The living room has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, a computer station with wireless high speed internet access, DVD/VCR combo, and cable TV. There is also piped radio and a private intercom system throughout the house. Free international and local phone calls.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock.
Second Floor: The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed, two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, TV, writing desk and chair.
Dinning Room and Kitchen: To the right of the entrance is the large dining room for 8 followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for 4. To the left are the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family/living room.
Game Room: 2-Car Garage has been converted to a Game Room with Air Hockey Table, Pool Table and Ping-Pong.
Pool: An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sundeck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. A Gas Barbecue Grill is available on the sundeck for an additional $50 per week. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please.
Other: The house has a utility room next to the garage with full size washer and dryer.

Owner Comments:
Check in Nov 7, 2009 and check out Nov 21, 2009. Any 7 nights $800 plus tax per week.
Prices exclude 13% Florida taxes. Minimum stay 3 nights. $100 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.
Pool heating is an additional optional extra $175 plus tax per week. Spa heating is an additional optional extra $90 plus tax per week.
A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50 per week.
A booking and damage deposit of $300 for the first week and $100 for each additional week secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to the renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.
