Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock.

Second Floor:
The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed, two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, TV, writing desk and chair.

Dinning Room and Kitchen:
To the right of the entrance is the large dining room for 8 followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for 4. To the left are the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family/living room.

Game Room:
2-Car Garage has been converted to a Game Room with Air Hockey Table, Pool Table and Ping-Pong.

Pool:
An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sundeck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. A Gas Barbecue Grill is available on the sundeck for an additional $50 per week. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please.
