Our Family owned luxury home has 5 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and offers stunning views from the extended Pool and Spa deck over lake and conservation area.

As shown in the UK on ITV's "I Wan't that house", and as featured in "The Independent" & "Wall St Journal" - Chase Heights Villa is situated on the Gated Community - High Grove - just 6 minutes to Walt Disney World and close to those all important theme parks that is Florida !

Upstairs there is 5 Bedrooms - 2 Master Suites - both of which have walk in closets and entertainment centres with TV, DVD, Video and Direct TV with over 100 channels to choose from. The first Master also has a separate sitting area ideal for a quiet reading area or just a moments quiet !

There is a 3rd Queen bedroom and two twin Bedrooms one of which is a fabulous Dolphin themed style which also houses the PC with HIGH SPEED internet access. Finally a Gallery with lovely views over the downstairs completes the upstairs configuration.

Downstairs comprises of a Formal Living area and Dining room with patio doors which lead to the covered Lanai with a large selection of luxury pool furniture - Large hexagonal table and 6 chairs and 4 loungers – and fantastic views which all of our guests comment on !

On the opposite side of the formal living area is a huge Family room with every conceivable home comfort and luxury furnishings. Also included are a stereo system, Playstation 2 and Video and DVD with games and titles all provided for the use of all of our guests. A selection of board games are also supplied.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and finally a laundry room and games room with Pool table, Air hockey, Foosball and Slam Dunk complete the downstairs.

The Pool and Spa is SW facing and is completely private as the Villa backs on to stunning views and conservation land and enjoys the Florida sunshine throughout the day. At night the pool and Spa have to be seen as they are both fitted with multi coloured lighting systems - great fun for that final drink of the night!
