Soaring Eagle Lane is the appropriately named location of our 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa with beautiful conservation view offering a large amount of privacy and 10 minutes drive to Disney. Our home sleeps 6 guests comfortably or 8 using the lounge sofa bed and is fully air conditioned.The swimming pool measures 26ft by 15ft with pool lighting for evening swimming.
Very large sunny deck plus a covered lanai for outside dining and good supply of luxury pool furniture. All pool doors are alarmed for safety.
Large sized open plan kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, waste-disposal, washer-dryer and breakfast seating for 4 persons.
All cutlery, utensils, bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided. There is also a lockable safety deposit box for valuables.
Separate dining area adjacent to the family lounge which seats 6.
Large family lounge has 2 sofas, Flat Screen 40 "Cable T.V., video and DVD players, stereo cassette and CD player.Ceiling fan. Sliding patio doors open on to the pool area.
Master bedroom with king size bed, Cable T.V.,ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom comprising bath, shower, twin vanity wash basins and hairdryer. Pool access via patio doors.
Second bedroom features a queen sized double bed, Cable T.V.,ceiling fan,walk in wardrobe,safety deposit box,ensuite shower room with double shower cubicle. This bedroom also has access to the pool area.
Third bedroom has twin beds,Cable T.V., walk in wardrobe,free standing fan and adjacent family bathroom including shower and bath.

Our rates include all Florida Sales and Tourist taxes and are very competetive.Our local Management Company live two minutes away and are on hand if you have any problems.They are registered members of the Central Florida Property Managers Association.

Just reminiscing and surprised to find I hadn't left a comment after staying here a few years ago. To this day it's the nicest villa we've stayed at in Florida. Perfect location and superbly maintained, a real home from home. Always remember our stay here after my wife left her passport in one of her pockets and put it through the washing machine!! Your home is beautiful and well cared for. Every time we rent a home, I am afraid of what we will get when we get there. This is the 5th home we have rented in Florida and it is not only a perfect location (I have family close by in Pleasant Hill) but also accommodates my family well. Everything about this villa is fantastic including the decor, furnishings and the extras provided such as a stereo, DVD, books, buggies, umbrellas (very useful in the rainy season!) and it is also spotlessly clean. The pool area is wonderful and very private. It backs onto woodland where we were lucky enough to see some fabulous wildlife including a family of otters. It is also situated really close to a couple of lakes so you can try your hand at fishing but be careful not to catch the turtles! It is really close to all of the major theme parks, and the 192 where all the restaurants are situated. But if you don't fancy eating out, it is also really close to a very large supermarket. It was a brilliant base for our holiday and I'd definitely recommend it to couples and families.
