We have always warmly welcomed guests at our six bedroom, three bath executive home in a community located just 8 quick miles from Disney World and the Animal Kingdom entrance. Nestled in a family community, this exceedingly comfortable home has two identical master suites, each complete with their very own private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk in showers. Both master suites view the tropical plants of the screen enclosed lanai, outdoor dining area, and pool/spa through their own large sliding glass doors. You can even see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the spa! And with two identical master suites (each with queen size beds), you won’t have to decide who gets the master! Now two families can each have the luxury and privacy they deserve. Bedrooms #3 & 4, each with full size double beds and their own private access to an adjoining private bath, provide comfort for the other discriminating adult members of your party. A unique feature is our “Kid's Apartment” which is a separate suite of rooms containing bedrooms # 5 & 6, an adjoining TV viewing and snack area, and more. *Kids will enjoy their stay in the KIDS’ APARTMENT, with their very own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, VCR, DVD, Disney, toys, and more! Bedroom #6 contains a bunk bed (full size below and twin above) for the enjoyment of little Mousekateers, and little Mousekateers at heart. Bedroom #5 contains two twin beds for the older members of the kids’ apartment crew, and the kid's apartment TV viewing area even has a futon! Tropical Getaway: Master 1 = queen, master 2 = queen, bedroom 3 = double, bedroom 4 = double,), bedroom 5 = two twins, bedroom 6 = bunk (double below and twin above), plus crib. 4 cable TVs, CD, DVD, VCR.
The Great Room will serve your guests as a family gathering area where, when you are not using the built in entertainment features or the most welcome wet bar, you may enjoy a full view of the tropical lushness in the pool/spa, lanai, and outdoor dining area through huge sliding glass doors. There is even a remote control AquaSwitch where you can control the spa and pool selection! For the safety of little Mousekateers, each sliding door to the pool/spa area is equipped with a pool alarm, and there is even a smoke detector for the hearing impaired available. The completely equipped kitchen, including all the necessities and amenities, contains a large banquet table for those large, leisurely eat-in dinners (fully seating 10), and a bar/counter for quick breakfasts prior to departing to the attractions for all those memories (four bar stools). AND we’ve just added one of those fantastic outdoor park-style BBQs which gives mouth-watering results. The pool/spa, lanai, and outdoor dining area, with all their tropical lushness, are located on the south orientation of the home, so no matter when you choose to relax, you will have Florida Sun! After the youngsters retire for the evening, enjoy wonderful moments alone with your spouse, friends, or just your favorite beverage as you soak in the spa, relieving those tired tourist muscles, and watch the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom while soaking in all the magic.

To assure you’re absolutely satisfied with your accommodations, we personally meet you upon arrival, and, unlike other vacation homes, the rental fee is due only after you have actually toured the home with us and are completely satisfied!(Credit card payment is however processed 7 days in advance of your trip.)

We are not a management company. We personally own the homes and take care of them as our own.
