What better than after a long day at one of the parks to come back to a beautiful home where you can relax in one of the two sitting rooms listening to the stereo or watching TV. Maybe a refreshing swim in the private pool,which overlooks pine trees, followed by a glass of sparkling wine as the evening sun goes down is more to your taste. At our villa, the choice is yours.
Many guests choose to dine at one of the many restaurants, all located within a very short distance, but if you prefer to dine quietly at home, our kitchen will cover all your culinary needs.
The accommodation, which sleeps 10, comprises on the ground floor, two sitting rooms, one with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom . On the first floor, we have the superior master bedroom with ensuite facilities which includes twin marble basins and a marble roman bath, three twin-bedded rooms and a further bathroom. A computer with fast internet access is available in the master bedroom. The luxury kitchen has ample work surfaces and is fitted with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Adjoning the kitchen, is the breakfast nook with further table and chairs. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A games room has a Pool Table Air Hockey and Table Football/ Two sets of golf clubs and four tennis rackets are available for guests All bedrooms have a TV and there ia a 42" Plasma screeen in the main lounge.
Access to the 24’ x 12‘ fully screened heated pool is reached from the family room and is surrounded by an attractive deck. Chairs, tables and sunbeds are provided. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated. A gas Barbecue is supplied for your added pleasure.
