Deposits:
A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival at which time you have the option to cancel. If you are not cancelling, payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning Fee: $65.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
You may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, a 1 night penalty will be deducted. The remaining credit can only be used toward a future vacation.
Other Fees:
Cleaning fees start at $65.00 for 3 bedroom pool homes. The cleaning rates are based on the number of bedrooms.
