This executive Orlando villa in Cumbrian Lakes
meets the needs of everyone... 5 bedrooms, 3.5
bathrooms, swimming pool and games room and is
set in a stunning south facing lakeside location within
10 minutes of Walt Disney World.
For the less mobile there are 2 bedrooms downstairs.One has a kingsize bed while the other has a queen bed and looks onto the lanai. Both these rooms share the downstairs bathroom. There is also a seperate wc downstairs.
The kitchen has recently has new grantie worktops fitted and some new appliances keeping it looking and feeling modern and up to date.
Upstairs is a tastefully decorated master bedroom with large en-suite with a balcony overlooking the lake. There are two further themed twin bedrooms and bathroom. As you will see from the
photographs we have catered for everyone with
Disney themed rooms for the children and a games
room which will suit everyones needs. All bedrooms
now have tv's to help you wind down after a busy day.
The pool is south facing and overlooks the lake. We
have provided some luxury poolside furniture for your
enjoyment and even a Barbeque for al fresco dining!
the pool has recently been fitted with a multi coloured LED light which the kids and adults will love.
This holiday rental villa has luxury facilities and
equipment to attend to all your likely vacation needs
including hair driers, straighteners, curling tongs for
the ladies to save you bringing it all with you. For
little ones we have provided a crib and highchair
which a lot of companies charge a hire fee. Childrens plates, bowls and utensils are for your use.
There is a computer with internet, printer and scanner.. There is also the luxury of hi speed wifi internet incase you wish to browse the net while sunbathing.For those who like a game machine there is a PS2 plus games.

We would like to take this opportunity to pass on our highest thanks and appreciation to you both for the wonderful villa that you provided to us and our family during our Florida holiday between 24th March and 7th April. Since 1999, we have been regular travellers to Orlando, and have stayed in many villas. The main reason for trying different villas each time was because we never really found one that we liked enough to return to. That was until we stayed in your villa! Your villa was exactly what we have been looking for. Spacious, comfortable, excellent pool, including a big pool area and a pleasure to come home to after a long day out to relax and enjoy the evening. We even needed to call out your property management lady, as the air-conditioning was slightly too hot for us. We explained that there was no rush to get to the villa and that we were by no means complaining, but she was with us within 20 minutes, and realized that the air conditioning was on heat as it was cold before we arrived. We are so happy to be out here, and have already talked about coming back a similar time next year!
