This lovely Orlando vacation rental is just 1/4 mile from the Orange County Convention Center and the Shingle Creek Golf Course, only 5 minutes from Universal Studios, Wet 'n Wild Water Park and Sea World, 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport and Disney, and just 1/2 mile from Orlando's exciting International Drive.
This lovely Vista Cay town home is complete with two King Suites and one Twin Suite, each with private bathrooms. Mattresses are Sealy PosturPedic UltraPlush; linens, of course, are included. About Time's media package includes a 42 inch flat screen plasma TV in the living room and 25 inch or 27 inch flat screen plasma TVs in each of the bedrooms. The living room also boasts a BOSE Surround Sound/DVD/CD System and PlayStation with two controllers and games. High speed wireless Internet access completes the media package.

We were amazed at how large, clean and beautifully decorated the home was. There were six of us staying (Our family with two children and another couple) The accomodations were ideal. Our family stayed upstairs in the master bedroom and second room with two twin beds. Our friends stayed downstairs in the second master bedroom. This was nice because it gave us our own space. The kitchen was perfectly accomodating. Our kids loved having the bikes in the garage available to ride. They would hop on them and head over to the clubhouse and pool. At 15 and 12 years old, we felt perfectly safe allowing them to go off on their own. This property was very close to every attraction we wanted to go to...including Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Discovery Cove. We would highly recommend Discovery Cove!! This has to be the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. It was like walking into a 5 star hotel yet with all the comforts of home.. and huge.. There was ample room for the six of us with no one tripping over each other's feet. Booking with Bob & Jennie was a pleasure, they were so accommodating and helpful.Even though it is a self catering facility, their property was still fully kitted out with towels, soap, salt, pepper, enough washing materials to get us started, and lots more little things, the basics maybe but having stayed in many self catering facilties in Europe, none of it was expected and it was greatly appreciated. Its location also is perfect, so close to everything and after a long day at the parks or shopping knowing that you were coming "home" to that beautiful house, to sink into those beautiful beds was just the icing on the cake of a fantastic holiday. I would highly recommend it to everyone/ anyone interested in heading to Orlando. You won't regret it and I certainly hope to get back soon. Kids all had their rooms to go to after a long day at the parks, which helped to make the trip even better than planned. We travel to Disney every year and without question if this townhome is available my family and I will stay again. Everything we needed to get started was there in the home upon our arrival, which made it prefect after the long drive from Mississippi. Only thing I could even think of improving is the 1st floor bathroom could have had a little more shelves to put things, and we drive a very large SUV it was hard getting in the driveway, then to get out of the SUV with bags was kind of hard to do without stepping on the lovely landscape. We stayed in the first floor master bedroom while the family of four stayed on the third floor with one master bedroom and the other bedroom with two twin beds. The townhome was very clean, warm, and well-decorated. It was within walking distance to the large pool and recreational room. We visited Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, and Sea World while we were there. Vista Cay was very close to all three of the attractions. Bob and Jennie were extremely easy to work with before we arrived. They were very organized and always kept in touch. We arrived on Easter Sunday evening, and the office was open to greet us with all the information that we needed. I could never have imagined finding such a wonderful place to stay at this price.
