| Deposits: | | A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $250.00 is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A copy of a valid driver’s license for person who has made the reservation will be need for verification. US residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear. There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks. | | Lodging Tax: 12.5% | | Cleaning Fee: $85.00 | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | Cancellations – If the balance due remains unpaid 4 weeks prior to arrival, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. If reservation is cancelled within 30-45 days of arrival date the full rental amount will not be returned unless the owner is able to re-rent the property for the same period of time, if within 30days of arrival, the full rental balance and deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel a booking. This includes but is not limited to specific property owner arrival, double booking, or maintenance issues. In this case any fees will be refunded. As in a late arrival or early departure - there can be no credit or refunds for non-used days of your paid reservation period. All cancellations must be in writing.
