All monies refunded with 3 months of cancellation 50% refunded within the next 45 days. No refunds thereafter unless property gets rented. $200 processing charge.

Thank's to Tom & Beverly for the privilege of renting your vacation home. Your home was very clean and spacious. The pool area was extremely nice, to bad the weather didn't cooperate. The rental was reasonably priced and Beverly made sure all the needs inside the home was met. I felt safe and comfortable for the 13 days we stayed in Ocala. I am looking forward to a stay in the near future and encourage anyone looking for a rental to rent this home...much better than being cooped up in a hotel.
