Enjoy the quiet, laid back atmosphere of a small privately owned complex less than a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Our large cheerful 2-story villa is always exceptionally clean and well maintained. Villa has lots of amenities ~ Quality queen beds ~ Fully equipped kitchen ~ Great room has comfortable seating ~ Dining area with a view ~ Tile throughout ~ Downstairs bedroom includes a seating area, 1/2 bath, seperate entrance ~ Lots of floor to ceiling glass walls plus door walls ~ Wrap balcony upstairs ~ Private courtyard downstairs ~ Computer with digital Internet service plus wireless encrypted network for laptops ~ TV's with cable, DVD player ~ Linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, bikes, BBQ grills and everything else you might need while at the beach. On site owner tucked away around the back of the building.
A short convenient walk or drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area.
FAMILY PETS: Two well behaved, friendly dogs or cats are welcome in all our villas. There are no weight restrictions on dogs. Pets must be up to date on shots and on a flea preventative.

LAUNDRY ROOM in the building is open 24 hours a day. In this area you'll find books, games, magazines, puzzles, etc.…Bikes in the garage.
SMOKING is allowed on our covered balconies and courtyards. There's no smoking allowed inside the villa.
LOCATION: We are located at 2300 S. Atlantic Ave. on the corner of 13th. and Atlantic Avenues. We’re centrally located and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here along with our two pups. Sandy and Greg are two very nice people who are willing to answer any question you may have, especially puppy/vet. questions. Sandy even came by to visit us the next day to see how the pup who had to visit the vet was doing. I would recommend this property to anyone with or without a pet. An excellent accomodation in New Smyrna area. Greg and Sandy live on site and treat you as if you are one of the family while giving you the privacy you want on a vacation. Accomodations were very clean with attention to detail and were as good as or better than described in the advertisement. Our little Westie Mandy enjoyed here time there and we felt very safe and comfortable leaving her while visiting local establishments. My daughter was getting married in Aug. or '05 and we needed somewhere that all family could stay. This was PERFECT. The entire wedding party and family members from both sides stayed here. The condos are huge, immaculate and come with everything you might need (except your own bathing suit) and while the owners (Greg and Sandy) may not be from the South, their hospitality and graciousness should put many to shame. All I can say is we and the dogs had a wonderful time for the month of January at this relaxing oasis. Not only is the unit #3, well equipped and so clean, the owners Sandy & Greg make your stay even nicer by living here so any problem you may have they take care of. You can even have coffee with them in the morning around back where everyone is welcome to sit and enjoy the greenery and calm of the garden. We had such a nice stay. Such a comfortable place and we loved listening to the ocean in the evenings. To sit in a courtyard under a big tree and sip a cool drink on a hot afternoon was really a pleasant experience. A refreshing change from the noisy resort hotel. It has been a very fulfilling experience taking this "Frank Lloyd Wright" type building that had deteriorated to low income subsidized housing and bring it back to it's original beauty and quality. It's an ongoing project, which is not completely done...But we have come a LONG way. Our five long-term tenants along with ourselves consider this our "quiet little paradise by the ocean" which we all cherish and enjoy.
