Welcome to New Smyrna Beach Florida! Located on
the Atlantic ocean in the Heart of Beautiful East
Central Florida, The Moontide Condominium is one
of the premier beachfront condominiums in New
Smyrna beach and has a well deserved reputation
for excellence that has been earned through an
extraordinary commitment to service and detail.

Our Non-Smoking condo is a two bedroom, two
bathrooms with a king-size bed in the master
bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a
full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. We are located on
Building A (Beachfront), fourth floor with entrance to
a large balcony from the living room and master
bedroom where you will enjoy an awesome beach
front ocean view!
Yoy will be waking up to unforgettable sunrises,
dolphins playing in the surf, and from time to time to
space shuttle launches from nearby Cape
Canaveral. Or, take a jog or walk on the beach, rent
a bike and ride along one of the most magnificent
beaches in Florida. Children will have lots of fun
playing in the warm waters and fine white sands on
the safe "non-driving" beach.

Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: Should be sent back to you in 2 weeks. Lodging Tax: 12.5% Cleaning Fee: $70.00 Cancellations and Refunds: 90 days prior to your arrival date, 25% of the base renal amount must be received on all reservation. Last minute reservations must pay 100% of the total rental amount. If a cancellation occurs, the reservation/damage deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee if written notice of cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the arrival date. All cancellations made 90 days after arrival time will result in the forteiture of the reservation/damage deposit end prepaid rent, unless Moontide can re-rent the unit for the same rental dates and rental amount. In this event, the reservation/damage deposit and prepaid rent less $50.00 fee will be refunded. Other Fees: Security/damage deposit of $300.00 is required to make a reservation.
