Vacation Rental Home Description

Newly furnished in 2009, spacious (1,700 sq. ft. under A/C, 1,950 sq. ft. total) END UNIT on the 4TH floor, with windows on three sides and two covered balconies with seating areas. SPECTACULAR treetop view of thousands of acres of nature preserve/estuary to the west and south (incredible sunsets!), ocean view to the east (so close you can hear ocean). This unit wraps around the entire south end of building five overlooking the nature preserve. It is located in the quiet north end of Oceanwalk, away from the construction occurring at the south end of the property and set back from the street, too.

This beach getaway has premium pillowtop beds, high thread count linens, WFi access, and 42" LCD HD flat screen cable TV in living room (3 flat screen TVs total). The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to eat every meal at the condo if you want, but there are dozens of great restaurants and a supermarket with deli all within a few miles. Oceanwalk is located at the quiet south end of this beautiful barrier island, near the Canaveral National Seashore, along A1A (South Atlantic Avenue). Truly a peaceful setting of natural beauty in this special paradise.

Oceanwalk Condominium Complex is a 78-acre, luxury gated community of 16, 6-story buildings with extensive resort amenities - two clubhouses with social areas (WiFi too), exercise facilities, sauna, Jacuzzi, large swimming pools, fire pit, small private movie theater, ping pong, putting green, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis, 1.2-mile boardwalk, nature trails, kayak dock, and more. If you are unable or would prefer not to walk to the beach, Oceanwalk offers a shuttle service from your building to the beach.

Miles and miles of one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida is located directly across the street. New Smyrna Beach has been voted one of Florida's Top Ten beaches, and its historic downtown is known for its quaint shops, great restaurants, 1920s drugstore with a real soda fountain, and numerous art galleries. It was named one of the "100 Best Small Art Towns in America." Getting here is easy. Orlando International Airport is located about 65 miles to the south, via Interstate 4 (an easy hour away from Walt Disney World, Universal Florida, Sea World & other Orlando attractions). From I-4 or I-95, take the New Smyrna Beach exit (State Road 44) which becomes A1A and leads directly to Oceanwalk. Other nearby airports include Daytona Beach (about 20 miles NW) and Sanford Orlando International Airport (about 35 miles SW).
