We spent our Christmas vacation at this house. This is hard to believe an absolutely beautiful home available for rental. It has spacious 4 rooms, professionally decorated inside and every bedroom has a view of the water with direct access to the gulf of mexico. House is clean with abundant towels and wash clothers. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and fishing at the dock. One day we went fishing at the Ten Thousand Island and camp there overnight. This is like having your own private island and beach. Walking and bicycling inside the development are safe since this development is very private and quiet.
The grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses are convenient and easily accessible. After a round of challenging golf, it is nice to relax at the spacious lanai, enjoy your favorite drink, watch the sunset and the boaters
passing through.
Going to restaurants is a breeze since we can go to Marco island, downtown Naples and the Everglades City. We have booked already for next year. This house has everything to offer whether for honeymooners, golfers or bringing the kids for an exciting vacation.

We have rented this property twice already in March 05 & 06 for two weeks. We are renting again in 07. The house has a magnificent view of the bay, beautifully decorated and has all the comfort of a luxurious home. The quiet secluded place free us from the hassle & traffic in Naples during the high season. Dr. Grajo is attentive and responsive to our immediate needs. We have no reservation recommending this place to our friends.

This is the most beautiful home we have ever rented. There is view of the water from every room. From the lanai you will see the awesome view of the bay and wide canal.The home is exceptionally clean. Towels, linens and wash cloth are abundant and very clean. We have everything in this house we could ask for.
The owner is caring and attentive to our needs. He took our entire family of four to dinner at their country club and had a great evening.
We have no hesitation coming back and would high recommend this home.
