Situated on a beatuiful palm tree lined street in the neighborhood of Royal Palms in the gated community of Briarwood, this lovely home is the perfect spot for your vacation in Naples.
The master suite has a king bed, television, and private bath with a walk-in shower.
The home has 3 televsions, including living room, master bath and guest cabana as well as VCR/DVD player and stereo system.
Located just 10 minutes from Naples beautiful white sand beaches, the home is beach-ready with beach chairs, sun umbrella and beach towels provided.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the "main house" and a 4th bedroom (queen bed) and 3rd full bath in the guest cabana that is attached to the home, poolside.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the lanai, which is totally screened.
A large heated pool with a water feature is accessible from the sliding glass doors in the living room, master bedroom and twin bedroom. On a warm day, the entire back of the home can be opened to to the screened in pool area. The home is situated on a very private lot with no homes backing up to it.
The home is equipped with a gas BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen and all linens and towels are provided. It has a washer and dryer.
