We can offer you the choice of two villas to rent in the upmarket area of Briarwood. If you have never been to Briarwood, it is a gated community with its own amenity areas including a large outdoor heated pool, children’s play area and tennis/basketball court. There is also a golf driving range just outside the Briarwood entrance.
Sunset Villa is located on the beautiful Gulf Coast and situated on the lake front neighborhood of Briarwood in Naples, which is the perfect setting for your family holiday. From the Royal Palm lined streets, and wide friendly sidewalks to the two large communal pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, informal clubhouse and children's play area, you will feel right at home in the private gated community allowing access to residents and authorized visitors only. Briarwood is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, close to the world class shopping of Olde Naples, fine dining, the harbor and beautiful beaches.
