This new Mediterranean home was just built and being professionally decorated. It is waterfront with direct access to the gulf of mexico and Ten Thousand Islands.

It has 4BR/3BA, spacious living room, formal dining room, eat in kitchen for 6 or more guests and gourmet kitchen. Lanai is capacious with heated pool, SPA & summer kitchen with Jenn-Aire grill. Each room has an overhead light, fan and flat screen LCD HDTV. Master bedroom has king size bed, whirlpool, his and her closets, vanities and contemporary bathroom.
Two rooms have queen size beds and the 4th bedroom two twin beds.

Beaches, fine dining, golf courses & shopping are short drive.

Located in the best secret place in Naples, Port of the Islands, there is on site resort hotel and boat marina for boat and kayak rentals
and tours for fishing,manatee watching, Ten Thousand Islands and the Everglades.
