Vacation Rental Home Description

This spacious, well appointed, vacation property is in beautiful Laurel Oaks in Pelican Bay, on the second floor of a two-story building. It's interior staircase leads to the immaculate living quarters which feature three bedrooms (one with a sleeper sofa), two baths, kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. A full size washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher and disposal) are also included. A walking trail, and beautiful pool and jaccuzzi, are only steps away!

Pelican Bay is known for its beach, tennis, golf and friendly people. The private beaches at Pelican Bay can be accessed by walking, biking or enjoy the scenic ride via the beach shuttle. Not only do the white sandy beaches and the blue waters of the gulf of mexico await you, but you also have use of lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas (without charge). The beachside restaurant and bar serve a variety of items daily. If shelling and sun-bathing is not your idea of fun, then try a canoe on Clam Pass, a kayak or sailboat on the Gulf.

Activities and Attractions

This resort style community is a short walk to the fashionable Waterside shops and restaurants as well as the Naples Philharmonic
which offers top-line entertainment. A short drive will put you into downtown Naples in the 5th Avenue or 3rd Street Districts featuring gourmet restaurants, up-scale shops and lively
entertainment. Or, you could take a stroll onto Naples Pier, where you can help the locals fish or just enjoy the magnificient sunsets.
