The condo, in building III of Vanderbilt Towers in a gated peninsula community in North Naples, overlooks the tropical Delnor-Wiggins State Park nature preserve on the Gulf of Mexico. A short 4 minute walk leads to the beautiful white sand beach where you can enjoy shelling, swimming, sunning and fishing without the towering highrise condo backdrop (or prices!). You can also spend the day relaxing poolside at the heated pool. Kayaking, jet-skiing, windsurfing, para-sailing and biking are available at rental shops throughout Naples. Vanderbilt Towers offers convenient access to all varieties of superb shopping with Olde Naples (sidewalk cafes, upscale shops, antique shops, art galleries), Waterside Shops, Coastland Mall, Village on Venetian Bay, Tin City and Fisherman's Village all located within a few miles of Vanderbilt Towers. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds, and a kit is provided which can be used to convert the twins to a king-sized bed if preferred. Linens are provided for both configurations. There is a separate guest bath. There is plenty of closet space & your empty suitcases can be stored out of the way in the 3rd floor storage room to make you feel right at home.
