Deposits:
A deposit of $250.00 for weekly, $500.00 for monthly is required within 5 days to secure dates. The balance of your stay plus a security deposit of $250.00 is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Security deposits will be refunded within 10 days after check-out, when condo is left in the same condition as it was on your arrival.
Lodging Tax: 10%
Cleaning Fee: $75.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation, renters will forfeit their deposit if notice is given less than 60 days of the arrival date.
